All design enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently, with initial client details being taken as soon as possible. Paul Jones, the company owner, arranges site visits, generally a week after initial enquiry, to assess the project, measuring the room(s) and taking a detailed record of the client’s wishes and ideas, enabling a quote to be delivered, which is forwarded for consideration/approval. Once the quote is agreed, an invoice is prepared and a start date arranged. Clients will be contacted regularly prior to the commencement of the project, so that any questions or queries can be dealt with.
Each project is individual. Each project is bespoke. And, so each project is priced according to requirements. Once agreed, a deposit will be required for material costs, approximately four weeks, prior to the start date. Final payment is taken on completion. For larger projects, staged payments can be arranged, and outlined on the invoice, although this must be agreed in advance. Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, debit or credit card.
